The sun and the moon or …perhaps our own inner cycles repeating until we are ready to throw caution aside and be brave . It is joy as , it is freedom as certainly as it is brave to continue pulling out from the creative depths of the mind , heart and soul . Of course there are those completely exhilarating moments when it flows with the force of a storm . Or a dance coming alive , vitality growing with each step , and culminating in a magnificent release .
